2nd ASUS H110M-C won't boot

Completely lost on this one... New build wont boot, acts like a dead PSU, done all trouble shooting guides, which pointed to mobo. Just got 2nd ASUS H110M-C and basically same thing..dead. I did breadboard the 2nd mobo and it booted and beeped normally. Mounted it in case and its dead, pulled it and its dead on breadboard. Checked case mounts, six standoffs line up with mobo mount holes...nothing touching or shorting...WTF???????
