2nd Build, SUPER budget build, need recommendation

So I've built a computer before, a pretty nice $1000 gaming computer, so I'm not a complete newbie but I'm having a some trouble with this second one. I needed a second PC so I grabbed some older parts and put them together, I found I needed a new power supply. Just for reference, I currently have a Gigabyte B75-D3H (rev 1.1) motherboard, a EVGA GTX 430 GPU, and a Intel I3-3245 CPU. I have about $200 for this build, and was planning on getting a budget power supply, a new GPU and maybe some more ram (which I have 6GB currently). I could probably get more money if needed but would better if I could get buy. The point of this post is to get recommendations for what I should do or get, I really need a power supply compatible with my current parts. Thanks in a advance, I also probably ranted on longer than needed but oh well.

it give you wattage to put in a larger video card latter.
with the ram is you have one 4g and one 2g ram stick. pull the 2g and make sure you can match both 4g dimms or pick up an 8g ram kit,
for entry level gaming look at the 950/960 cards.
