2nd CPU fan noise

I am (was) getting the following kind of incredibly annoying noise with the 2nd fan of my brand new Noctua NH-D15: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojJI3PMLVX8

This was also the case with my previous NZXT Kraken X61, where covering up the other fan on top of the case would produce more heat and make the fan spin harder, but also completely eliminate this "coil whine"-like noise.

Taking out the extra fan makes the thing run completely silent. Didn't try with X61.

[strike]Because they blow at one another, make sure to keep they airflow direction not to blow at eachother. Usually where the fan motor is the push region and where the fan is is the pull side.[/strike]

My bad now i saw they are aligned correctly.
