Question 2nd DP port is not working on my 3060 Ti ?

I have GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti GAMING OC D6X 8G that has 2 x HDMI ports and 2 x DP ports.
First DP is working with my Mi monitor 34 curved 144 hz. (DP to DP cable)
First HDMI is working with my Mi TV 60 hz. (HDMI to HDMI cable)
But the 2nd DP port is not working. no signal. not detected at all. (Monitor: Acer EK221Q O 100hz, through DP to HDMI Vention cable)
2nd HDMI is working with my Acer EK221Q O 100hz monitor (I have 2 of these).

- Driver is updated.
- Restart
- Unplug all the cables. plug by one by one.
- Plug 1 monitor only (2nd DP)
- Install Gigabyte utility.
- First try is using converter, but it's not working, that's why I bought this new cable.

- Try to plug the HDMI to all my monitors while the DP is in 2nd DP ports, still not connected.

I have a similar issue. Just bought a new RTX 3060 12gb. Swapped out a GTX 980 ti that was running 2xMSI curved monitors both via DP.

Only one of the DPs work on the 3060. I can run another monitor via HDMI but can't run both on DP. It can't be a power issue because when testing with just one monitor on DP, only one of the DP outputs work.
