2nd Hand GTX 750 Ti directx11??

I am willing to buy a used 1.5 yr old Msi GTX 750ti which is directx11...
Its a directx11 gpu will it support windows 10 and the new games?
Should I buy?

Yes it's supported , but remember it's a low end budget gaming card.
