2nd Hard Drive not showing and E: Drive?

A 1Tb HItachi as my primary and a 160(ish)Gb Seagate as secondary, both are SATA and connected properly. They both showed up alright before I installed all the updates for Win7Pro and after the updates, my 2nd hdd doesn't show up in my computer, while a new 99Mb drive, (System reserved) shows up. Can I get rid of the system reserved and how can I get my 2nd hdd to show up? I looked at other posts but can't see to find a solution.

right click on My Computer > Manage
under Storage > Disk Management, check to see if the hdd show up. Sometime the hdd need to "Initialize disk" to show up in Windows Explore.

Don'e do anything to the 99MB drive. That is for windows. You can remove the drive letter if you wish though.

But something may have happened and the drive letter could have been lost. As supasieu said check Disk Management.

It doesn't show up on the screen, but in the list of drives at the bottom it shows up as unallocated space. How do I remove the drive letter to not show up drtweak?

Ahh I see, so the system reserved and C: drive are both on my primary hdd. Thus they both show up in My Computer while my 2nd hdd won't show up because it is unallocated.

Yea if its showing as Unallocated space then its not partitioned
