I have a SSD as a bootup drive but the 2nd HDD isn't working.
If I go to device manager and stuff, it shows that there is a 2nd HDD and that it says it's working functionally.
But if I go to "My Computer", the HDD drive isn't showing.
Help?

Solution
It may just need a drive-letter manually assigning to it. You can do that in "Disk Management": Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management".

In the bottom-right pane, find the ribbon which represents the HDD.
Right-click & choose "Change Drive Letter & Paths".
Click "New" then choose a letter from the drop-down box.
Once that's done, Windows should remember that for subsequent Windows sessions.

it's the exact same thing that is happening to me, the problem with the solution is: All the options are grayed out, the only thing showing up is: Delete Volume/Help

Solved it, I just took a deep breath and selected "Delete Volume", after that, select "Simple... Format, I think."(It's usually the first option and it's the only one that says Simple", done that, just follow the steps and remember to select NTFS.

Do not forget to select a Letter :D

Hope it helped, I searched everywhere aswell
