2nd Monitor no input signal.

I have a BenQ primary monitor using the DVI port on the Graphics card. My dad brought me second monitor to check, looks old Hp make and only has a VGA port. My graphics card Doesn't have a VGA port so i put it on the motherboard but the monitor shows "no signal input" the cable is new and i tried two just in case and still nothing.
I checked in Devices and it's not there, just the primary monitor.
Also I'm a complete noob when it comes to things like this but i don't know what to do.

The onboard GPU is disabled when you use a dedicated GPU, usually.

What display connections are on your BenQ, and what model is your GPU?

The BenQ only has a DVI port
My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX760
Motherboard MSI B85-G43

OK, that GPU's got two DVI ports so this is easy.

Note that it'll only fit one of the two DVI ports on your card; you may need to move your current monitor to the other port.
