2nd Monitor not detected

Have you:

installed the driver for your graphics card?

switched the cables on the splitter to see if the other monitor comes on?

connected the monitor that is not getting signal directly into the graphics card?

switched the bad monitor's cable with the good monitor?

checked the pins on both sides of the cables you are using?
