2nd monitor static / bouncing pixels

I have three monitors. A main HP Compaq LA2306x, and two dell P1911. The one to my left has always been best, but just when I booted up today, the desktop is flashing pixies. Green. It's only the desktop background, because when I open a program on that desktop the pixels don't overlap. I reset my GPU oc, but that did nothing. What should I do?

Possible loose cable, unplug and plug cables back in the monitor and the graphics card and then screw in firmly. Report back.
