Question 2nd monitor stuck at 800x600

I've recently bought a new 165Hz 1440p monitor and it's working great. My problem is that when I try to connect an old 1080p monitor to use as a 2nd monitor the 1080p monitor is locked to 800x600. I've tried reinstalling my GPU drivers to no avail. GPU is a 2080

Have you tried windows display setting and NVidia/AMD control panel. They may be set to that resolution.

Also make sure you enable the 165Hz in the control panel.
