2nd ram stick not being detected

Nothing is picking up my second stick of ram. I have already tried updating bios and making sure they were in the correct slots. is there anything else I can do?

try the one that isn't detected on its OWN in all slots to see if its detected....and post specs 😉

its not being detected in any slot unfortunately

Are your specific RAM model on the mobo QVL list?
