Question 2nd time This month PC has no power. I have a fix, but unsure of the root cause. Any ideas?

This is the second time this month my PC (seemingly) randomly won't turn on. To fix this, I remove the CMOS battery, turn off the PSU, then hold down the power button for 2 minutes.
This fixes the issue, but it's no longer a one off. Any thought on the root cause? Should I be worried?

Cheap test.....replace the bios bat.
