2PCs on one Router

Hi there! i have a big problem, my bro has bought a new PC everything works fine, except the network, when i try to download something trough µTorrent,Origin the connection starts dropping till it we completely lose the connection, we've tried connect different cables, restarted the router, change settings, download the latest drivers, i even reinstalled the windows and still the connection drops everytime i start to download something big, me and my brother are connected to DI-524 router, my PC is working like a charm but the connection drops only on my bro's PC i really have no idea what to do, i've tried everything... here is the PC specs:

Is your ISP monitoring for torrents and cutting your connection?

I doubt it, because it would do the same to me, and my PCs working like a charm.
