Question 2tb evo Samsung ssd Failure?

Hi everyone, I need some assistance.... My 2tb samsung evo has gone a bit funky.... was working fine yesterday, turned on my pc this morning for it to hang on the AORUS screen, i messed around for a while and discovered unplugging it from the MOBO allowed me to boot into windows(windows is on my 250gb ssd) .... restarted replugged back in and again hangs at aourus screen. Not recognised in drives in bios, changed power supply to ssd and changed sata cable/ tried different ports.... now I am stuck.... Any advice? cant even format the disk... It stores all my games, has it broke? Sometimes when it boots and its connected it comes up with preparing to repair then goes to a full black screen with just a mouse cursor...
