I have a 2TB Toshiba HDD for about 3 years now and it did its job great.
But now I cant reach it any more.
None of my computers and TV's can read it and one of the Unallocated space's wont let me use the "New Simple Volume".
I dont need the Info in the 2Tb drive so deleting all the info is not a problem.
I need help on getting 2Tb available again and being able to use it like it was back then.

Shows that my PC sees it but has no letter drive Image

Cant create New Simple on the 1.7Tb volume Gif

If it won't format, it's probably gone bad. You can use a program like AIDA64, HWMonitor Pro, or even SpeedFan to read the SMART diagnostic data to see if we can get any insight into the failure. Most hard drives have a 3 year warranty so if we can't get it going, I'd see if it was possible to get an RMA.

It's an external hard drive. There's no sata and power cables
It only uses a 3.0 USB port.
It has worked on this PC before but now it stopped.
