Howdy,

I have a regular 2TB Seagate Hard Drive for my Steam games. Had it for a couple years now.

The last 6 months I've been getting notifications saying that the drive is running out of space.
So I uninstall a Steam game every time. But now I've only got 50GB of games installed with a total of 80GB across the whole hard drive.
though when looking on Computer, it says I have 1.50GB free.

It is also a directory for my Windows backups, but the backup folder takes up no space.

I have used WinDirStat to see what I could find. I found nothing.
I performed an error checking.. check. System claims the drive is fine.

Are there any other tests I could perform? Thanks!

Ahh yes. Backups are taking up a terabyte and a half.

Do you know what I could do to resolve this? I can't find a disable option.
Moving the backup location to another drive would cause the same problem over time.
I would think it's best I don't disable backups.

Run "Set up Backup" again, err - that would be Change settings.
Or you can set allowed space for backups to a lower value.

Have you ever restored anything from backup?

Manage space - 200GB should be more than enough, but if you want anything backed up that is important
I always use CLOUD as well for important things

I'm not exactly sure on how to do that. When I go to change settings, it says that it's max backup storage is 558GB.
With the 80GB already on the drive, that does not reach 2TB.
