Question 2tb Seagate Barracuda or WD Blue

I'm looking for a hard drive for my games, movies, etc. Both of them have negligible price difference. I'm leaning on the Seagate Drive as it has 7200rpm and 256mb cache and I'm guessing the quality is on par on the both of them. Just wanna make sure about which one I'm gonna get. Lastly, is 2tb as reliable as a 1tb drive? Found some comments that 2tb drives are more likely to fail than a 1tb drive.
Seagate Barracuda 2tb:
7200rpm
256mb cache

WD Blue
5400rpm
64mb cache

I think both are good manufacturers. I've used both for decades.
I would go with a Seagate over a WD though.
I've had less trouble with them.

Seagate Barracudas are all SMR drives (except 1TB model). Inconsistent performance.

Both ST2000DM008 and WD20EZAZ are smr tho and they're around $65. I did find a 2tb WD Blue Drive (WD20EZAZ) but it's significantly more expensive at $94.
