Using Macrium Reflect
And you missed a critical step in there.

During the process, before you click the GO button, there is a function to adjust the size of the partitions on the target drive.

From your screencap, the only way to fix this is either just format that rightmost partition and give it a different drive letter.
Disk Management cannot merge partitions if there is another one in the middle.

Or, use a 3rd party partition tool to possibly merge them.

Done, i used AOMEI Partition Assistant worked perfectly, thanks for your help.
