2x 4GB 1866 or buy another 8GB 1600

I have an AMD FX 6300 OCed to 4.2GHz and a AMD HD 7850 with a slight OC. I currently have 1 stick of 8GB 1600 ram. Should I get another 8GB 1600 giving me a total of 16GB of 1600, or sell my current 8GB 1600 stick and get 2x 4GB sticks of 1866 The cost is about the same.

I guess my real question is what is better, more ram or faster ram?

I mostly play MMOs, GW2, Rift and some single player games, The Witcher2 Mass Effect 3, Bioshock Infinity, etc.
