[SOLVED] 2x gtx 1080 or 1x GeForce RTX 2070

Hello

I want to play in higher resolution like 2k or even 4k . at the moment i got Ryzen 7 2700x , G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz DDR4 x2 (32gb total)
X470 Taichi Ultimate mobo, Seasonic 650 SSR-650RT power supply and one MSi 1080 gaming x
My question is: is it better to buy another 1080 and make sli or better buy rtx 2070 ? thanks.

If you are only going to play games go for the 2070, first: not all games support sli so sometimes it would be useless to have 2 1080s, second: if you go for the rtx you have ray tracing.
BUT i think that you should sell the 1080 and try to buy the 2080, from a 1080 to a 2070 is not that big of a difference (if u don't care about ray tracing),
