I currently have a 1tb HDD in my gaming pc right now, but as I would like to record some games I would need a seperate drive to record to of which I play from due to fps drop and stuttering.
I was wondering if I should buy simply a second 1tb HDD, for £40.
Or buy a 240gb (or whatever the size is, 1/4 tb.) SSD from Samsung for around £65.
I understand SSD's don't have impact on performance, but the question is which should I buy? I would also use an SSD for boot drive and HDD for storage drive.
Or is there any cheaper options for a highly reliable SSD? Thanks
