What can I do to maximize my performance I have 2 reference design r9 290 gpus overclocked to 1060MHz core and 1350Mhz Memory via msi afterburner, a FX 8350 @ 4.7Ghz running in an Asus Crosshair V Formula motherboard. With an Acer B286HK monotor.
I get generally good performance in games like assasins creed 1 with maxed settings, but I occasionly get fps drops around 14fps. At the time the gpu utlization according to the msi afturburner applet on my logitech g510s keyboard states that my ullitation of both gpus is around 10-17%. Why does this happen. Is there something that I can do? AMD Gaming evolved is also telling me to reduce settings on games like empire total war and sonic generations, but these seems to run fine. Please Help
