Hello
I need help for my case fan configuration. I am using phantom410 case and and i am wondering which fan would be better option for front intake(dust filter installed). My exhaust fans are Deepcool RF120(x1 back, x2 top).
Option #1: ML140 x1 - 98cfm, 3.0 mmH2O static presure.
Option #2: Enermax T.B.Vegas 120mm x2 - 75.98cfm, 2.276 mmH2O static pressure.

Solution
Usually I would say 2x120mm over 1x140mm but with the case's design (having only a partial unobstructed part for front airflow) I'd say go for the 140mm solution.

By the way, i've removed mid-hdd tray. So middle saction of HDD's cage is all free. i have only 2 bottom side HDD cages.

Small correction: Phantom 410 comes with 2x HDD cages. Since you removed the upper HDD cage, what you have left is 1x (bottom) HDD cage with 2x HDD bays.

For a good 120mm airflow fan, you can look towards Arctic F12 PWM PST (57 CFM, non-LED),
specs: https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/f12-pwm-pst.html
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Kpprxr/arctic-f12-pwm-pst-530-cfm-120mm-fan-afaco-120p0-gba01

I've had several F12 PWM fans in use and they are mostly known for their quiet operation and long lifespan (due to the fluid-dynamic bearing and 6 years of warranty). With F12 PWM PST, you won't get high static pressure since they are airflow fans. They are best used when there's not much restriction in airflow (e.g no HDD cage behind them). Also, they are 4-pin fans, meaning that they support PWM control as well. And due to their PWM passthrough (PST), you can chain 2x F12 PWM PST fans together and connect them to a single MoBo fan header. Also, they are very affordable fans.

Another good fan would be EK-Vardar EVO 120ER RGB (77 CFM, 3.16 mmH2O),
specs: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-vardar-evo-120er-rgb-500-2200-rpm
amazon: https://www.amazon.com/EK-Vardar-EVO-120ER-500-2200-Pack/dp/B07DGP2T22

What makes this fan stand out is that it's the most powerful RGB fan which also supports MoBo RGB solutions (e.g Asus Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light etc). While with Corsair ML120 Pro LED, you'd be stuck to single LED color, EK Vardar can be synced with MoBo, if your MoBo has 4-pin RGB header. Of course, just like Corsair ML series, EK Vardar also comes with premium price.
