Just bought 2x16GB corsair vengeance RGB pro 3600mhz ram but I just read that it might not support my Ryzen 5 2600 six core CPU and gigabyte B450m gaming motherboard. Is this true?
Please someone explain a bit. Some people say ryzen cpus like higher ram clock speeds and some tell it won't work.

Specs:
650W PSU
ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1070
32gb ram (2x16) 3600mhz
gigabyte b450m gaming motherboard

Solution
Why do other forums tell me that ryzen cpus perform better at higher ram clock speeds? Cant i reach 3600mhz with XMP?
3200 is pretty fast compared to 2133. ;)
And NO it will NOT run at 3600 with your current Ryzen 5 2600.
With your current CPU you can run that RAM at 3200 (and possibly 3400-3466 if you manually OC it).
And lets say it does not support it, will it work if I upgrade my cpu to a ryzen 5 5600 ?
Gigabyte hasn't posted the Memory QVL for your MB with a Ryzen 5000 CPU so while it should support 3600 (and faster RAM), there is No guarantee until Gigabytes tests that MB with a Ryzen 5000 CPU and determines the Max supported speeds (via XMP).
