2x1g DDR2 800 memory question

I dont know a ton about ram but I am looking at building a new computer and have been reading a ton on these forums about ram, I notice a lot of you talking about companies using bad IC's... i want quality IC's is crucial the only company who use quality IC's? Im looking for 2x1g sticks DDR2 800 that are decent overclock. Im currently looking at crucial ballisticks but recently read that they switched IC's... is this true or no?

Can someone point me in the direction of quality ram with good IC's that arent as expensive that can be midly overclocked? Thanks in advance.
