2x2GB ddr2 and stuck on MB manufacturer screen please help!!!

I have two 2GB DDR2 ram and a A7GM-S MB, I put the RAMs into slot 1 and slot 3, it stucks on the manufacturer screen. Then I try to put them into slot 2 and 4, it doesn't work too. Can anyone help me? I really need to fix this to work>.<
Also, they both are at the same speed at 800MHZ and I've set them at 800MHZ manually in BIOS, still doesn't works.......

could be an issue with the motherboard. Is the motherboard confirmed working?

also are you running the latest BIOS?

Are the two sticks a matched pair? If not, are they the same Latency and Voltage? If so then they may just not be compatible, end of story and you will have to buy and stick(s?). If buying more I recommend buying a matched pair- if that isn't what you have already

Go in with one stick in slot 1, boot to BIOS, raise DRAM voltage + 0.05 over spec, then set CPU/NB voltage to 1.17
