Hi, I will be mounting a Corsair XR5 (top) and XR7 (bottom) in my Lian Li O11 XL. Running 6 Corsair ML120 Pro RGBs. My side mount is taken up by my Distro plate, so I can't install any rad there.

I will be power limiting the 13900k to Eco mode (90-125W) and as well as the 4090 to 70% (315W).

Will both rads be enough?

Solution
if you are limiting power, then it is more than enough and probably overkill.

from reviews i've seen the stock cooler is more than ample if limited to lower wattage. and a 125w cpu is easy to cool with even a budget air cooler.

so yah 2 360mm rads is beyond enough

the more thermal mass the rad has the better, thermal transfer depends on the temp difference of the two objects so even if water is only 30c its going to transfer far less well than water at 25,20c would. ive lately had very nice results just putting large amounts of water in my systems, tho it makes them very heavy
