2x3ghz Radeon 4250 vs 2x1.6ghz Radeon 6310

Which would run a game like League of Legends better?

Both with 8 GB of ram.

A dual core 1.6ghz with the Radeon 6310

or

Dual core 3.0ghz with Radeon 4250

I would think the 3.0ghz would play it better even with a slightly worse graphics card simply by pure processing speed alone.

i bought the 1.6ghz laptop but having buyers remorse with a 3.0ghz out there as well.
