I decided to increase my RAM.
But idk which i should by ; -
2x4gb
Or

1x 4gb + 1x 8gb

Specs:
Cpu: intel pentium g4560
Gpu amd radeon r7 265
Mobo asus prime b250m-k

You want to run in dual channel mode for the best performance. to do that you need to run same make, model and capacity ram in 2 slots. ideally 2x4GB from what you listed as potential set-ups above.
