I have been using 8gb ram for a year now, and I have decided to upgrade it to 16gb.
I was using Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4gb DDR4 2666mhz and is now replacing it with Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8gb DDR4 2666mhz.
But now my pc cant boot at all. I replace it with my old RAM and it runs as normal. I don't understand what's causing it to not boot.
I checked the motherboard manual and the 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance lpx ddr4 2666mhz is not listed in the qualifed vendor list (QVL). Is that the problem?
