2x8 2666mhz or 1x8 3000mhz?

As said in title, which option is better for ryzen build? Should i go with slower 2x4kit or single and faster 1x8?? Actually 2X4 kit will be faster regardless of timings. You need 2 modules to enable dual channel mode. Each module has a 64-bit path but when 2 modules are installed the memory controller makes it look like a 128 bit path. Therefore it will appear to access memory twice as fast.

One more question....I cant find this ram on list of compatible ram.
