amd or intel those 2 video, and many video in youtube saying that even in dual channel 4x4 is more perfomance, can't undestand why.. this diffrenece is still like this even in old processors?

Very small gain, at higher CPU temperature. More RAM sticks imply more load on CPU.

2x8. Less strain on the controller, you don’t get any bandwidth benefit because you’re still running dual channel in either case and you have the option to upgrade to 32GB later on.

yes but all video shows that 4x4 is more perfomance not 2x8, thats why i asked

Depends, sometimes it overloads the controller and you get worse performance. And haven’t watched the video so can’t say if it’s synth or real world they’re testing but even so it’s what a few performance points which isn’t worth the cost of Upgradability and risks of parts failing.
