2x8gb ddr4 not working

Hi! I bought a brand new PC near Christmas last year, but I'm having some issues with dual Channel Memory :/.
I have an ASUS A320M motherboard, ryzen 5 2600 and 2x8gbd ddr4 2400mH memory. However, from my tests, only one slot dimm is working: both memories work if put individualy on dimm A, however no Memory work when put in dimm B; also my BIOS does not recognize any Memory in dimm B.
What should I do? Is the motherboard faulty?

Make sure the second memory module is fully inserted into the slot.

Also, before you can verify that the slot (motherboard) is the issue, you need to check the CPU for bent pins (this can cause this issue as well).

Yes. Remove the CPU and check for bent pins. If pins are all (100%) good, then the motherboard is the issue. Does the BIOS detect only the single memory module?

Also, what is the exact make/model of your memory?

Im going to check for bents, but that maybe not the case, I´ve even contacted the retailer for my guarantee. BIOS only detects one dimm slot being used, while it says nothing is inserted on the other dimm, when it clearly is. Both my memories are 8gb hyperx fury ddr4 2400MHz.

Bent CPU pins can cause this. That is why you need to check.

That is not the model number from the label on your memory.
