3.0 C or E?

I'm planning my new system, so now down to the CPU, do you guys think i should get the 3.0C or 3.0E? After reading the Prescott review i know how much they suck, but the thing is the E version is 4 dollars cheaper than the C version. Anybody know the overclockability on the prescotts?

I think i'm gonna get everything else, maybe a Celeron 1.7Ghz, then wait 'til june maybe, to make sure i'll get the D0 stepping. Then sell the Celeron for like 50 bucks.
