3.0 USB connection to Dell INSPIRION 15r N5010

Hey guys...
i would like to know that is there any way to add 3.0 USB port to Dell N5010 laptop it's currently running at 2.0 USB ports.. i've searched over google and found some videos explaining about PCI EXPRESS 3.0 USB Adapter but i'm not so sure whether DELL N5010 laptop support that property or not... click here
above link explains some sort of this type of possibility please do refer me some products too if there is available internationally or INDIA (prefer to International) online portals..

will this 'Anker Hub 4 Ports' work with my laptop... i mean will it give such speed around 80-100mbps which i desire.. if yes then i gonna make it quick deal... please do tell me i have a doubt that after connecting this device to my 2.0 USB port how this will give me such great speed...
2.0USB port (Lapy) + 3.0 USB hub device don't it be incompatible in technology.

usb 3.0 is backwards compatible with usb2.0 you will get the same speeds as your USB2.0

then in that case it doesn't worth spinning money on that type of product i better move with my regular lapy tech till i buy new one.. thanks for the help brother.. much appreciated
