Hi Guys,

Does anyone know what the operating temperatures of the CPU & GPU are for the Playstation 3?

i am looking to water cool my ps3 for a project but need to know the operating temps to calculate the heat transfer rate that is required.

Identify your CPU and GPU - they will have a rating for watts - i.e. an AMD 955BE is rated for 125W. You can find that information in the manufacturer web site for the CPU or GPU - use the full load ratings for your calulations. Take a look at the w/c sticky on the forum here and it will guide you with regard to calculating what you need in terms of radiator etc.
