+3.3v low?

Sandra is reporting the my +3.3v is at 1.62v
+5 is at 5.11
+12 is at 10.34

I have an Ultra X-Connect 500w PSU

Only have 2 80mm case fans
1 4 pin runs my cd/hd/and rear fan
1 4 pin runs my corsair hyrdocool/intake fan
1 4 pin runs my floppy drive

only connectors i'm using.

That's a sensor problem, if the rails were really that much off I doubt the system would even boot.

U'd better hope that's a misreading.

Check your BIOS hardware monitor.
