I am looking for a switch/hub that can be powered by PoE+, but put out PoE. Has anyone heard of anything like that? We have devices sitting on the network that are powered by PoE. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to rerun lines to a central point so we have to call an electrician to come out and put a power outlet so we can either run a PoE injector or a PoE switch. It would be nice to find a PoE switch /hub that can run on PoE+.

Yes and no. There is a device I have seen...I think it is a hp procurve.... that can be powered by PoE and provide limited (I think 1) PoE power to down stream devices.

When you look at the PoE standards it becomes obvious why this cannot work. A PoE type 1 port can only have 15 watts. So your first switch can only provide 15 watts to the second switch. Even assuming it could run at no loss it would only have a total of 15 watts to distribute to other ports. Even with a type 2 poe port you can only get about 30 watts. This would mean in optimum conditions it could run 2 15 watt ports. If you devices only took 7watts then maybe you could make it work but I am pretty sure the standard required the port be able to deliver the full 15w if it is requested so a port that could only deliver 7w would be non standard.
