3.5 Audio Doesn't Provide Sound

Let me get the basics out of the way, ha.
The headset/speakers are registered when they plug in. Realtek pops up asking if its line in or line out.
Inside playback devices i have the device set to default.
Recently just uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek driver.

I can't think of anything else I've tried, and USB sound works just fine.
The problem is with both the green line out ports front and back. I haven't tried any other ports, because i don't see them working for sound out.

Edit:1 I just ran a SFC and found nothing missing or corrupted. Lets add that to the list.
