Hi, I’m currenctly installing a 8TB drive into my computer, as I needed extra space. However, I’m having a bit of trouble fitting it into the drive bay. As it is currently, the connection port is facing the front and the cover can’t close. But I tried reversing the drive, and the pins didn’t fit. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Any help is greatly appreciate!

Are you working with a NAS enclosure(or an SFF chassis) or a larger computer case? It seems to me that you simply need to rotate the HDD's orientation in that drive caddy in order to allow the patch to fit. I could be wrong if your case is designed differently.
