3.5 Jack splitter not working

Hello. I got an audio + microphone splitter for my headset (Marvo HG8914) because it has 2 different jacks for audio and mic, and it works on my phone but not on my pc. How can I fix it?

The there are two ways the TRRS plug is used

so you have to get the right kind of combiner for the device you are plugging into.
