There is three jacks behind of my pc case, blue pink and green, I assume green jack entry is same thing 3.5mm jack? I have a gaming headphone and it requires 3.5mm jack to plug in, thank you

yep, Green = Audio, Pink = Mic, Blue = Line in (usually used for recording audio from mp3 or ipods).
