Hello,

I recently had to completely wipe out and restore my pc due to an issue caused by my GPU, and had to RMA the card. Ever since I got my new card and installed Windows 10 to my PC, the 3.5mm jack wont work. It doesn't even detect anything being plugged in.

Things I have checked and tried:

  1. When going to sound settings and looking at output, the only two options there is my TV connected through HMDI (used as second screen) and Realtek Digital Output.
  2. When clicking on Troubleshoot > speakers, it says " The device does not appear to be plugged in.
  3. This issue was occurring before and after i ran a windows update.
  4. I have tried two sets of speakers, both with the same results.
  5. Updated my bios.
  6. Tried installing audio drivers from my motherboards website.
  7. Device manager only shows my TV and Realtek digital Output under the "Audio Inputs and Outputs" section
  8. Under "Sound, video and game controllers", I have NVIDIA High Definition Audio, NVIDIA virtual audio device, and Realtek Audio

I am lost. Was working before I had to wipe out my computer. Any guidance would be great!
