3.94gb usable out of 8.00gb 64BIT

Yes, so basically this is a repost because people seem to ignore and think Oh hes 32 bit. However, I am not and I am a 64 bit Windows 10. Anyways, sorry bout the rant, I have an issue with Windows 10 where I only get 3.94 gb ram usable, 4.1 hardware reserve. Weird thing is, both ram sticks work on their own and also in both slots, however the bios only detects 4096mb of ram, even though both work on their own. Halp?? My build is Athlon X4 860k and a GTX 960.

have you tried both ram slots independently? is the ram exactly the same? is their an option to disable the integrated gpu

Yes, both works independently in both slots, and igpu is off
