hello, i have a big problem.
my OC using only 3.96 ram (8GB installed 2x4). I tried almost everything. MY OC IS 64BIT.
Replaced CPU.
Replaced RAM.
Changed GPU.
Different OS.
Tried to uncheck memory tick in msconfig.
No paging file thing.
Nothing worked.
My RAM's working only in black slots, because when i putting them into blue - computer keeps beeping and rebooting. I thought that one of my slots it's not working, but in BIOS and CPU-Z OC recognizes RAMS and shows that everything is fine. I literally have no idea what to do.. Please help.
