3 beeps and dark monitor

Hello,
I just recently built a computer and am having some trouble.

Everything is plugged in, all fans spin up, but the monitor remains dark and the motherboard speaker repeatedly beeps 3 times in succession with a pause in between sets of beeps.

What do?

I'm sorry, some clarification.

My motherboard is an AsRock P3 Gen 3, as seen here. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157279

May be graphic card error. Is there 1 long and 2 short beep? Then this is the error. Do you use gfx card? If yes then remove and install the card again correctly may solve the problem.

Need to find out what kind of BIOS you have. It should say it somewhere in your manual. After you find that out check this site out http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm

Look for your BIOS and then under that you will see the beep codes and what they mean.

Bingo.

3 long beeps with the AMI UEFI BIOS Beep code indicates no RAM. Pushed in the RAM a little harder and it boots fine.
