3 beeps no display signal

Just bought a r9 380x and put it in my computer. Computer worked completely fine before this. now the computer has 3 beeps. looked it up it says Base 64K RAM failure. have reset cmos and put my radeon 7950 back in (it was my old card). 3 beeps still happening and i have already gone to computer hope.

Hello... Re-seat memory, Video, power connections, and check your other connections... something got bumped/disturbed, relax and take your time...
1) Did you remove your MB battery before the CMOS clear?

already reseated memory and i did not take out the battery while clearing cmos and im trying that right now

took out graphics card and reseated it and still a problem. power connectors are fine.

Hello... if you jumpered the CMOs without battery removal... then your MB Battery could NOW be dead... maybe shorted it?... go to your local $ store 2-$1 batteries... just to be sure B )

i don't think cmos battery is the problem. It still turns on and makes 3 beeps. I've researched this for like 2 hours and it might be a bios problem but im not sure. if someone could confirm it maybe.

Hello... Your BIO's needs a Good battery to start with... Typically the MB BIO's set/cleared to default will be like NEW and safe BOOT settings.

just went to my nearest computer store and got a new battery to no avail. resseted the bios and cleared cmos nothing happened still same 3 beeps.

Hello... Typically the beep warnings are for non-bootable conditions, there is a short and long beep combination code used.... Memory, video, and other.

yeah its Base 64K RAM failure and i dont know how to fix it. computer won't post so i cant flash bios and i know my ram is fine i've also reseated it.

Hello... There are methods to Flash BIO's to MB's, Blind... OR RMA of MB with BIO's problems, I've had MB's that needed a New chip installed, nothing else would work... Something Electrical/Mechanical? went wrong with the New card install to cause this kind of failure back to the BIO's.

Can you give the MB brand, TECH support a CALL for you MB problem/error?

its fine my friend is giving me a new processor and motherboard soon. I think this is not only a bios problem maybe a hardware problem. the old card i had performed not as well as it should have. think it might be the board itself. anyways thanks for your help and time (will give you the solution for helping me as much as you did).
