Hi, I was using Transcend 2Gb stick DDR3-1333
240P DDR3 DIMM(256Mx64)
(128Mx8/ DDR3 1333/ 9-9-9), 1.5V
This works perfectly on my machine, no problems whatsoever...

Now I bought a new RAM Kingston 4Gb, single stick
Description: 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM SR x8
Detailed Specifications: Standard 512M X 64 Non-ECC 1333MHz 240-pin Unbuffered DIMM (DDR3, 1.5V, CL9, FBGA, Gold)

the latter doesn't work, I keep gettin 3 beeps, which usually means no ram detected, I'm usin INTEL DP45SG EXTREME motherboard. I visited their website, unfortunately the ain't givin no support. I have a page from their website which could be helpful.

Reseat the memory.
Make sure that the contacts on the memory and the socket are clean.
Try removing one bank of memory modules at a time. (Some systems can require a memory module in Bank 0.)
Try using memory modules from the same manufacturer with the same part number and speed.
Check for a faulty memory module by trying the memory in a known good system.

I have this same motherboard and had ram problems so I did alot of research and found that this board is very picky on what kind of memory is used. What I found to work with this board is Kingston KVR1333D3N9K2/4G, hope this helps you out.
