3 bsod, screen tearing, gpu driver failure. health me.

My system Specs:- Windows 7 pro 64bit AMD Phenom II X6 1090 CPU GTX 580 GPU ASUS crosshair V formula Motherboard 16 GB RAM

What i already did:-

*Switch GPU to pci 2.

*Update GPU driver to latest.

*Downgrade GPU driver. I used DDu in safe mode.

*Updated all the other drivers to the latest using Easy Driver.

*I let AntiMalwarebits Scan my System for 12 Hour and removed every thing.

*I tried different HDMI Cable.

*I updated my BIOS.

*I disconnected every other device.

*I set GPU power option to High Performance through Control Panel.

Non of this worked. My system is using the standard VGA Graphic Adapter.

Is My GPU Dying? or is it My Motherboard?.

Please Help.

Your GPU is TOAST. time for a new one

it looks like gpu failure. if it not the gpu (age) then it may be uncleaned power supply power. try the gpu in another pc see if the issue follows the gpu. see if the gpu has a lifetime warranty on it some of the older xfx cards did.
